I lost miserably. I put on 5 Kilos in the last 5 months. I had to lose 5.
Now it brings the sum to a grand 10 Kilos.
I cant stop crying today. I hate the scales. I am unable to embrace it with consciousness.
I feel defeated and it's not just the weight on the scales. It is the weight on my shoulders too. I am going down. Surely.
